Great variety of butts.
The Mycalesis may also be M. marginata and the ovipositing Jamides could be J. limes.

Thank you so much for the photo of Delias eumolpe eumolpe (a male, by the way). The first 'live' one I've seen. Could you tell at approximately what altitude you found it? It is generally considered a montane species with its headquarters in the Crocker Range. Incedentally, there is a second subspecies in Borneo, D. e. masaeae, which, so far, has only been found on Mt. Saran in W. Kalimantan.

Les, thanks for the info on the subspecies. The D. eumolpe eumolpe was shot near the Kinabalu Park HQ which is about 1563 m above sea level.

Did you make the trip to Poring HotSprings and the butterfly park there?

Yes, we did. But we only had about two hours there.
I followed the trail to the waterfall first before spending last 30-40 mins in the Butterfly Park (RM $4) - mainly Clippers, LLs. Will post some shots taken in the park.
