Is it only active for a short period of time each day?

LC is the expert on this very rare species, as he has a small colony reasonably near his home, but I seem to recall that this species normally spends its time high up in the canopy, and only tends to come down for a very short period during the morning. This is the only time one can get close to it.

LC, if I've got this wrong, please correct me!:)

Les, You are absolutely correct. Very seldom come down other times unless they are feeding. :cheers:
