Sharing a few shots taken from my home town, Ipoh.
I couldn't ID some of them. Help is appreciated.

1. Unknown skipper
2.Koruthaialos rubecula rubecula
3. Unknown 3
4. Jamides ?
5.Chersonesia intermedia intermedia - dwarf
6. White Dragon Tail
7. White Dragon Tail

9. Mooreana trichoneura - The Yellow Flat

Last skipper shld be a Mooreana trichoneura, no other skipper looks like that.:grin2:
And the Jamides resembles most closely J. philatus.

Nice shots, Loke. You have some interesting skippers here.

I liked best the shot of the Jamides. It was perfectly sharp, well lit and composed.

Yes, nice series that makes me want to balik your kampong...the flats were pretty...and of course the dragontail...:cheers:

Some pretty wonderful shots. You must be flat on your stomach on a couple of those shots. I need to learn the art of prone photography in a swamp or other wet environment. You have my respect for such patience and willingness to get soaked. William
