That's a female Striped Blue Crow (the 'some crow' shot).
Also looks like the Red Jungle Fowl is no longer a rare species in Singapore. Can be found in many places now. Used to be only on Ubin. The distinctive white ear patch is an ID characteristic.

A few of us were there today and met Grant and his gang. Heard your dad took you to Bt Timah today? Anything interesting? :)

Thanks Mr Khew!
I saw 1 Damselfly, 1 Common Bluebottle, a few Knights, 1 sailor(yet to find out the species), 1 Quaker, many "hindwing-shuffling" Caeruleans(not confirmed) , 2 flying lemurs(baby n mother clinging to the tree).

why did the chicken cross the road?
To get to the other side?! ;P
What's the full name of that PRP plant? I think I need one for my garden if I see the amount of different butts it attracts!

Oh, it's the family of that delicious rose apple! Don't think it will grow this near to the sea and not very easy to photographs butterflies in a tree standing on a ladder :grin2:

Nice shots, Brian. It is always fun to find a flowering tree that is attractive to butterflies.
