Thx, Ben Jin.
My first thought was a Rapala but the green scaling and two pairs of tails made me change my mind.

Flos fulgida
Based on the short tail at 2 and the tiny tooth at 3, this is what I would have thought, as well.

From the eyes , it cannot be an Arhopala......
So , it is a Flos, but which one ?
hint hint ..... look at the partially visible underwing.

There does not seem to be any red at the base of the wings to me... ...
... ... which rules out apidanus and diardi ... ...
... ... or is it just my eyes? even so, the red may be worn off ... ...

There are 4 Flos species recorded in Singapore.
1 Flos anniella anniella ( The Darky Plushblue)
2 Flos apidanus saturatus (Plain Plushblue)
3 Flos diardi capeta (Bifid Plushblue)
4.Flos fulgida singhapura ( The Shinning Plusblue)
From the glimpse of the underwing in clue # 2, 1&2 can be ruled out.
That left 3&4 , 3 Flos diardi capeta (Bifid Plushblue) is ruled out as shown in the differences in marking near the basal of the hindwing.
The underside of the quiz specimen is attached
The upper side in the checklist is also attached
It is a .Flos fulgida singhapura ( The Shinning Plusblue)

In addition to the upperside shot, I believe the underside shot shows Taractrocera archias quinta .
Yes, Jonathan, I believe you are right. Confirmation from others ?
