Is this Mycalesis perseoides perseoides?

Yes. The indentation line on the hindwing is open & jagged.
The dark sub-(or post-)basal line forms a tooth at vein 1b . In all the other common Bushbrowns the sub-basal line ends at vein 1b, so no 'tooth' is formed.
