It looks like you have a new species A. vihara vihara.
But I need to see more of the forewing for confirmation.

PS. It is not A. vihara, as A. vihara lacks the basal spot in space 9 on the forewing and spot 6 on the hindwing is rounded.

However, I am quite confident it is Arhopala barami penanga.

1.The hindwing cilia is toothed at vein 1b & vein 3. (shared with A. vihara)
2. There is a spot at the base of space 9 on the forewing.(absent in vihara. )
3. The hindwing spot 6 is as for A. barami. (rounded in vihara.)

There were a couple of these that descended to eye level at mid noon at Base Camp Panti Forest , here is my shot of one of them , it looks identical or we might had shot the same individual.
