Are these two shots the same species ie Female Athyma nefte subrata
( Colour Sergeant ) ?

The first one was suggested to be an Abrota species by Peter Smetacek , but we do not have Abrota species according to C&P 4

Yes. They are both females Athyma nefte form neftina.

There is only one species of Abrota ie. A. ganga (= A. jumna)

Form from India (as A. jumna).
