I thought at first it might be the Besta palm Dart because the HW veins across the band appeared to be lightly darkened.
It is a male Linna Palm Dart Telicota linna.
Thankfully you have a FW shot.
Note the base of space 2 on the FW is not orange.
Space 2 is where the biggest spot is. To the inside of the big spot, the black narrows & almost touches the HW, that's where the base of space 2 is.
If the base of space 2 is orange, the orange will becomes contiguous with the HW orange.
Only one other species in Singapore have the base of space 2 black, ie. T. ohara.
To reiterate.
1. HW veins across band not darkened.
2. FW base of space 2 black.
3. HW ground colour rather yellow (similar to besta.)
ID. Telicota linna.

Oops! I am getting a bit rusty with these.
This is a female.
The broader wingshape & lighter abdomen indicate as much.
All females have the base of space 2 black, so this is useless for ID.
This is a female Telicota besta
1. The HW veins are lightly darkened. (You can see tiny flecks of black along the veins.)
2. The HW is yellowish with a tinge of green.
An example of T. besta female.

The male Telicota have sharper & shorter wingshape.
This example by you is a male Telicota ohara. (Note the blackish shadings ).
