Dr Seow, is this Arhopala sublustris?

Yes, it is A. sublustris.
It can be very difficult to differentiate between sublustris & athada if size is unknown.
FW postdiscal band is often dislocated in athada.
HW postdiscal spot 6 tends to be quadrate in athada & somewhat triangular, wider at the top & narrowed downwards in sublustris.
Fleming mentioned another important point; the outer margins of postdiscal spot 6 & 7 are almost in line or somewhat so in athada.
Note the outer margins of the two spots are widely out of line here.

The other difficulty is in separating A. sublustris & milleri.
FW spot 9 tend to be shifted inwards in sublustris & in line in milleri.
The upperside of milleri is more matte (not shiny) indigo blue.
The upperside of sublustris is shiny blue which is seen here.
