It is a male Pyroneura natuna.

Note silversrtreak in FW space (as in P latoia.) male antenna with black shaft.
HW vein 8 broadly shaded both sides orange-yellow (compare P. latoia)

Two similar species P. helena & natuna were thought conspecific in the past.

P. helena underside HW veins yellow.
P. natuna underside HW veins orange-yellow.
