It is a male Pointed LineBlue, Ionolyce helicon ,a less typical variant.

Noted pointy FW; postdiscal band with outer wavy margins, normally dislocated at all veins, but not here.
HW submarginal spots 3, 4, & 5, arrowheads/Vs; dark wingbases.
