Is it Fulvous Pied Flat or Tricolor Pied Flat!

It is always good to state the place of the shot though I presume it is Bangladesh.

It is most likely the Fulvous Pied Flat.
This species have the forewing cellspot strongly notched on the outside margin, giving rise to various shape eg figure of eight.
