1. female Euthalia monina.
2 Female Tanaecia pelea.
3. female E. monina.
4. Female Tanaecia munda.
5, Female Euthalia mahadeva.
6, Female Tanaecia iapis ( or Cynitia cocytina )

Female E. monina.
Thick white arroheads on FW & upper part of HW ; FW apex sharper.
FW spot 1b inner margin roundly bilobed ; HW with continuous unbroken zigzag line.

T. pelea. FW apex rounded. White arroheads ill defined, thicker in the upper part.
HW arrowhead nearer inner margin in the male , about halfway in the female.
needle thin long palpi 3rd segment diagnostic.
One male & 2 females.

T. palguna FW arrowheads short not reaching halfway into each whitish spot.
HW arrowhead nearer termen.

T munda FW with very thin regular white arrowheads. HW arrowheads nearer termen, less obvious in the female.

T. iapis FW pale fascia evenly broad, arrowheads short , on HW usually set nearer inner margin.

E. mahadeva female: FW with broad rounded white arrowheads ; HW with inner margins of spots rather sharply pointed.
