1. Tarucus balkanicus nigra.
Only 2 species in Bangladesh , the 3rd T. venosus is doubtful.
T. callinara has the FW submarginal spots rounded & T. balkanicus mostly as short bars.

T. balkanicus nigra. (some images may be wrong.)

All the species are very similar on the underside & so errore in ID may occur.

2. Great Swift (Pelopidas assamensis)is right ,Note distinctly white spots & white bnad on the antenna.

ID Correction.
1. Likely Tarucus nara. Note the male is on the right & the FW peripheral spots forms into two bands.
There are a lot of errors on the website.
Bethune-Baker have made a revision of Tarucus from which you may read the description for each (click the link number)
T callinara, ananda & venosus have the FW outer 2 bands made mostly of rounded spots.
T. nara & balkanicus nigra are very similar on the underside.
T. nara male upperside FW one spot; Un FW both bands mostly intact.

The images picked out have the corresponding upperside for ID.
The male of your mating pair matches that of T. nara better.
TL Seow:Cheers.
PS. The Riodinids are now considered as a family apart from the Lycaenidae.
1. Papilionidae.
2. Pieridae.
3. Nymphalidae , 12 subfamilies.
4. Riodinidae.
5. Lycaenidae.
6. Hesperidae.
