A bit of false colouration from the colour enhancement. Thought that both could be Eurema hecabe?

Hi Jill, these are found in Southeast Asia and are collectively referred to as the "Grass Yellows" mainly from the genus Eurema. The Brimstones that you find in UK and Europe belong to the genus Gonepteryx. They are also in the same family (Pieridae) as the Grass Yellows.

Hello Khew SK,

Thank you for that information I did not know that. It is most interesting. Lovely specimens. Did you visit Southeast Asia? Are these from your photograph album of butterflies? I used to collect butterflies as a child and found them fascinating.

This is flowerpot, Could I just ask if I plant a honeysuckle will this help the butterflies? Hope you do not mind my asking? Also do geraniums help butterflies along with cornflowers and wild poppies.
