These are difficult.
1. Probably A. zylda. small species worn ;small green metalmark; HW postdiscal spot 1b not V shaped typical of small species.
2. Looks to be Arhopala major.
3. Arhopala kurzi. HW postdiscal band widely dislocated at vein 2.

Seems to have that subtle difference in the metallic markings. Apologies if I posted a specimen previously identified.

Thank you, Dr Seow.
Even after the pointers you gave me, it is difficult for me. But I really appreciate your help in identifying them.
Best regards

I would like to apologise by asking for your help again, Dr Seow, and I beg your indulgence in not being able to distinguish the fine details that you have given me for the IDs. I have been trying but have not been able to tell the difference. I will persevere however. Thank you in anticiapation.

No problem, Tai. It gives a chance to see variations in the common species.
1 Arhopala corinda ;large rounded HW spots 6 & 7; stiff tails.
The two A. major & amphimuta can be rather confusing.
3. A. major The V spot between the green metalmark & the large rounded spot is shaped a 'L' . narrow with a longer lower arm.
2. 4. 5. 6. & are probably A. amphimuta. The V spot is fat with more equal arms.
TL Seow : Cheers.
A few more confirmed A. amphimuta & major for comparison.
A. major.

Post 10.
Female Arhopala major.
There is a perspective distortion making the V spot like that of A. amphimuta (ie. with almost equal arms).
The upperside brown is very extensive..
Note in A. amphimuta female the HW have much more blue closer to the margin.
A. amphimuta amphimuta. Bornean subspecies same as here. Click Arhopala , plate B.
