Picture taken at KL Butterfly Park, so the butterfly could have come from varied sources.

The black & white Neptis can be rather difficult.
Neptis clinioides.
This is very similar to N. soma & share the following features.
The markings are larger & the HW median band broadens outwards. This can be seen on the left HW.
In Neptis soma the FW line of submarginal spots is indented (curved in) at the apex. In N. clinioides it is gently curved.
