Baoris chapmani. male.
There is a faint subapical spot that can be made out.
The labial palps (palpi) appear very prominent due to them being thrust out when extending the proboscis.
This made it confusingly similar to the male Quedara monteithi which is slightly smaller.
In Baoris spp. HW veins 3 & 4 arise separately.
This can be seen in this female B. farri Yunnan.
The HW veins from bottom are vein 1 (as a dark line) 2, 3, & 4. Note origins of vein 3 & 4 are separate.

Similarly.

In Quedara, HW veins 3 & 4 arise from a point (ie together)

The other " Quedara monteithi" is also Baoris most likely B. chapmani although no spot is visible.
