It does look correct for the female Cyana bianca.although the bands are narrower here.
The females of C. bianca & coccinea are very similar.

They both have the red bands with black margins ,& the male have 3 black spots while the female have 2.

Other lack the black edgings eg catorhoda (female -1 black spot) & bellissima (female 3 spots).

Cyana bianca.
male ;note in the male the postmedial band is forked at the costa.

female. note white area (with the black spots) is wide at the lower margin.

Should probably be Cyana determinata.

The males of C. bianca & determinata are nearly identical.
I am not sure if the images here are correctly assigned.

According to the original textx the female of C. determinata have 2 black spots & that of C. bianca have only one.

The range of C. determinata is said to include all of Thailand , Indochina Yunnan & would probably include Myanmar into Bangladesh.

Oops!. It is correct as Cyana bianca.

What the text meant is that the female C. bianca has one discoidal(or discocellular) spot instead of the two in the male.
There is still another black spot in the end of the cell ie making two black spots , the male would have 3 black spots.

Since C. determinata does not occur in the Indian area, it is C. bianca.
