Female Miletus chinensis.
The view of the tarsus 1st segment on the 2nd leg is edge-on, so it appears very thin.
Miletus ; Underside markings clear ; legs with the tarsi 1st segment (singular tarsus) flattened.

What appears flattened here are the tibiae.Below the tibia is the tarsus 1st segment.

Allotinus ; Underside mottled, markings poor; legs with the tibiae & tarsi normal, long & cylindrical.

Logania Underside heavily mottled, markings vague; legs with the tibiae thickened in the middle.
Note tibiae thickened in 2nd & 3rd legs (where dark band is).
