Manto or Mantoides?

Shot this at Jeriau Waterfalls at Fraser's Hill. Looks like a female but too tattered to ID. What's your opinion of this one?

These closely allied species can be very similar, but the black body bands & the two black marks in space 3 IDed it as the female Jacoona anasuja.
