It probably is.
The female is hard to tell.
Just at the base of the proboscis is a small kob which is the palpi 3rd segment.
The shape of the band is broad in females of both species .
On the upperside the band reaches the costal margin inK. sindu but does not in K. rubecula.

K. sindu female.
Palpi 3rd segment short & like a knob ;Upperside orange band reaches costa.

K. rubecula female.
Palpi 3rd segment long & pointed ;Upperside orange band does not reach costa.
