Athene species

An Athene species from Chiang Dao. Looks very similar to Pointed Ciliate Blue A. lycaenina, but the large spot in space 7 of the hind wing looks wrong and this individual appears to have a tail.

Not Athene but Anthene.

Anyway is Anthene lycaenina :-)

Many thanks for the confirmation. Still not sure why it shows a pseudo-tail!

Anthene common name is Ciliated. It shows few 'cilia' (eyelashes)
