Is this a Pelopidas agna? Shot in Singapore.

Male Borbo cinnara.
The position of the three main HW spots 2, 3, & 6 is characteristic (even with extra spots), spot 6 being shifted more inwards.
The upper chest area is whiter .
Usually more noticeable green hairs.
HW without a cellspot.
