Appreciate if you could provide id for this butterfly. Is this spotted black crow (Euploea crameri bremeri)?

Yes, they are E. crameri. Note cluster of 5 FW subapical spots :HW more discal(central) spots.

E. midamus chloe ;FW with 4 subapical spots :HW fewer spots centrally.
