Note female (elongate body & wings) Telicota augias.

The females are more daunting to ID.
Description of females.

Telicota augias; More orangey than other species.
Veins across band lightly dark-dusted.
Overall evenly orange shade.

Telicota besta. Underside greenish ochreous, & so appears duller & yellower.
HW veins across band lightly dark-dusted.
Notch on upper inner margin of HW band usually larger than in augias.

FW spots 4 & 5 distorted in shape & not rectangular; spot 5 often bisected horizontally.
