Would this be a Telicota bambusae? Three shots of the same individual. Taken in Subang Jaya, Selangor' HW band outer margin excavated; appears to have a wider FW band compared to Telicota linna. Picture 2 shows veins of band not dark

Female Telicota colon.
FW with a black 'hole' within the cell bars.

T. colon FW spot 5 overlaps spot 4 by half & spot 4 less still with spot 3; spots 2 & 3 with strongly crescent margins.

2 males.

FW spots 4 & 5 fully overlapping[ partial overlap with spot 3; HW veins not dark-dusted in both sexes.

T. linna large species FW >18mm, longer FW ,band narrower.

T. bambusae: Not recorded in P. Malaysia.
