Dear Dr Seow,
The Arhopala are really difficult to ID. I have no idea how to start telling them apart. Appreciate your assistance to ID them. Thanks a lot.

#6 seems more like Arhopala arianaga? It's an alitaeus member

I knew this one was out, but straining to make out the details was exhausting.
The tail also seem naturally short but must have been broken off.
However it is not arianaga which have narrow markings as in aida & ariana ,& is probably impossible to separate from ariana.
(arianaga was initially considered a ssp of ariana & separation is based on the upperside.)
6. have the FW postdiscal band with the spots all irregularly arranged as in A. pseudomuta & is probably this species.
A. pseudomuta with broken tail ,Singapore.
