I am not quite sure how to tell Matapa druna from M. aria from underside alone. I thought the apex of forewing is sharper in M. druna and HW cilia more orange in male, but don't know how valid these keys are.

Matapa aria.

There are a lot of confusion with these two species in the past.
Part of the reason was of course the many mis'IDs in the web.

Matapa aria . FW & HW cilia of nearly the same pale ochreous tint.
Male generally have a more rounded & darker HW.

Matapa druna. FW cilia whitish contrasting with the chrome-yellow HW cilia.
