Tanaecia godartii vacillaria.

There are a lot of name changes.
I am basing this on Funet.
https://ftp.funet.fi/pub/sci/bio/life/insecta/lepidoptera/ditrysia/papilionoidea/nymphalidae/limenitidinae/tanaecia/#godartii

This & T. iapis are similar.

The underside FW of T. godartii have the band/line parallel to the margin.

The underside FW of T. iapis( T. cocytina ) have the fascia vague, but slanting, oblique.

The form known as niepelti is also classified as a separate species by some.
Surprisingly it is also found in China.
