The fully blue HW IDed it as a male J. elpis. Correction .J. caeruleus.
TL Seow: Cheers.
PS.
Male J. elpis is all blue above while male alecto have a black FW border & HW marginal spota.
On the underside J. elpis have the white striae thin while alecto have many thicken.
Male & female J. elpis.

Maybe I was not correct to narrow it to the J.alecto or J.elpis. The white striae are quite thick. Could it be a J.caeruleus? Here are two more photos of the same individual.

Based on the arrangement of the white striae on the HW & the darkish underside it is Jamides caeruleus.
This one is unusual for two reasons.
1. The upperside blue is a bit light.
2. In J. caeruleus, the last white stria of the postdiscal band normally hangs free, not attached to the inner stria.
Here are correct examples of the male J. caeruleus.
