Hi Dr Seow,

Can I check which Abisara is this? It does not have the forewing sub-apical white patch but at the same time, it has a post-discal band on the hindwing with dislocation at vein 4.

Appreciate your opinion, thank you!

It is still male Abisara saturata.

There is some variation with the degree of angulation at HW vein 4.
Whether there is genetic interchange with A. geza is hard to say.

Abisara echerius, a northern species show similar variation in the HW discal fascia.
It can be separated at once by the topmost HW black spot in space 6 being much smaller, half or less than the other two in space 4 & 5.
The tail in the male is also sharper.
