Neptis hylas.
The two spots on the FW lower margin are nearly equal or subequal in size.

Phaedyma columella.
The two spots on the FW lower margin are unequal, the upper one being much smaller.
Female.

The male have the lower spot on the margin large & more elongate.
The upper one ( in space 1b) is very tiny or absent.
