Found a moth caterpillar on Bridelia tomentosa, and it turns out to be a tiny moth in its adult stage.
Searching the web reveals that this should be a kind of plume moth.
Any idea on the species ID of this moth?

This looks to be a form of Nippoptilia.
The closest is a Papuan species with the lower half of the thorax white.
