Since the abdominal end is black -banded it is likely to be P. mingo.

HW teeth rather broad-based especially in the female.
Ground pale buff with brownish markings. Striations dense.

HW blue band narrow, at the tornus just a bit greater than 1/3 of the HW width.
Blue band inner margins rather smooth & almost always aligned well at rest.
