Likely to be Pantoporia paraka.
Too blurry.
Although the apical part of the submarginal bands appear grey the rest are orangey.
It is quite similar to this example.

The previous observation here as P. dindinga is also doubtful without better resolution.

P. dindinga is quite elusive.
The two submarginal bands are grey.

Pantoporia paraka.
There are 2/3 orange submarginal bands on the FW.
5. https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/188895680
Pantoporia aurelia.
Very distinctive. The FW submarginal bands are replaced by blocky fasciae.
6. https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/135093749
Pantoporia hordonia.
The grey band is wide, intact & there is no white highlight below the FW.
