Contiguous Swift?

Saw this skipper at TBFH. It appears to be a contiguous swift, but C&P4 writes that contiguous swift should have spots in spaces 6,7 and 8 in the forewing, but this butt only has spots in spaces 6 and 7.

Another skipper for the UFO bin?
