Two for Roger

We seem to have been neglecting Roger recently, so here are two small moths which paid me a visit last night.

Very interesting ones. Have not seen these before.

First one (plain brown with two fasciae) is in the family Limacodidae.
Second is in the Arctiidae (nominate subfamily).

I'll take a look in the books later, when I've a few minutes spare.

In the mean time take a look at the Moths of Borneo volumes (1 (http://www.mothsofborneo.com/part-1/) and 6 (http://www.mothsofborneo.com/part-6/)) online to see if you can get an identification (probably to genus).

Thank you Roger. I've had a long look and not really come up with anything concrete. The closest I can get is possibly Thosea and Lemyra species, but I am not sure!
