been there, seen it, identified it!!
better take a look at http://www.flickr.com/photos/hkmoths/2053551253/ for comparison
Same genus, though I doubt that yours is Carea varipes. The Moths of Borneo site lists quite a few species in the genus.

still at a loss on the exact one as I am not very familiar with navigation of that site. :bsmile:
I think I'll just leave the genus there... till I can find the exact species. :sweat:
so I can safely term it under : Lepidoptera: Noctuoidea, Nolidae, Chloephorinae, Careini ??
