The plant below the sign board is Aristolochia Tagala....where's this location? They are waiting for the Common Birdwing or Common Rose...or Moth;P

It belongs to HOUGANG PRIMARY SCHOOL at HOUGANG ST 93. I shot it from outside the fen.

The BG is the yellow wall of the school block :)
