Need help in IDing butt

Was walking at my work place with Frederick and KY when we chanced upon this giant skipper. We did not have any equipment with us save mobile phone cams and this was the picture taken. Can any one guess what skipper this is?

From the size that Keyang described, and the markings on the underside, it does appear to match our newly discovered Cephrenes trichopepla. The females are larger than any Telicota that I've seen. :thinking:
