Description
The Chocolate Grass Yellow's distinct brown apex on the underside of the forewing instantly sets it apart from the other Eurema species found here in Singapore. However, in flight, one is usually not able to tell the difference from the other Eurema species that commonly abound in Singapore.
Habitat & Habits
The males of this species can often be found puddling at moist muddy spots with other butterflies. The species can be said to be quite common, and can be found in many locations in the nature reserves as well as urban areas occasionally.
