Doi Pha Hom Pok and Doi Lang (Fang-TH), February-April 2017

Several visit to these beautiful mountains, very close to the Myanmar border, Shan state area.

Usual altitude between 1500 and 2200 mt, with the top of Pha Hom Pok at 2,285 mt, second peak of Thailand.

HW space 1a is exposed & the black patch is far from the margin

In C. furcatus the black patch comes close to the margin in space 1a & the black lobe in space 1b is curved upwards.

However C. xanthopogon looks quite similar though the upperside is brown.

It is possible its hair on the thorax is more brownish.
