Plain Nawab. Polyura hebe.


The two can sometimes look alike.


Polyura hebe.
1. Pale green band much smaller, ie on the FW occupies about 1/3 of the area.
2. FW pale green band with a less distinct indentation at the top & the side in space 1b is more or less straight.
3. HW green band bluntly rounded at vein 4 on the outer margin.

Polyura moori.
1. Pale green band much larger, ie on FW occupies about 2/5 of the area.
2. FW pale green band with a distinct indentation on the top & on the side in space 1b.
3. HW green band with a sharp angle at vein 4 on the outer margin.
